Emmanuel Rutaganda

In March 2022, Emmanuel Rutaganda became a part of ProsperityME as a Quality Assurance Specialist, and later served as the ERA Program Manager. He played a pivotal role in successfully launching and overseeing the administration of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Before joining our team, he was a banker, where he held various positions, including managerial roles in Africa.
