Tara is the CEO of Conscious Revolution LLC, an organization that builds conscious businesses. She has formerly worked in Human Resources leadership roles at IDEXX, Pierce Atwood, Martin's Point Healthcare and The Capital Group Companies. Tara is the Chair of the ProsperityME Board and Chair of the Executive Committee.

Brian is a Tax Accountant at WEX, Inc. Brian is a member of the Finance Committee and is the Vice Chair of the Board.

Eileen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP) and serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company (MEMIC). She serves as Board Treasurer and is a Member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Finance Committee.

Collette, now retired, is the former Vice President of Commercial Lending at Bath Savings Institution. Prior to Bath Savings Institution, Colette was SVP of Credit Administration at Northeast Bank and CFO of a successful software company. She is Secretary of the Board and a Member of the Finance Committee.

Michelle Allen currently holds the title of Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Androscoggin Bank, with over 15 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and has achieved an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. In her role, she oversees HR, Learning & Development, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Impact and Volunteerism. Michelle is a member of the Program Committee.

Mary Axelsen, Founder & CEO of WeMaxx Consulting, is a former HR executive with global Fortune 250 experience. She has worked for private, public, for-profit, non-profit, and VC-backed companies across various industries and business functions such as Biotechnology, IT, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, and Supply Chain. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and certifications in DEI, Change, Hogan, and 360 assessments. Mary is a Member of the Program Committee.

Pat Clancy is principal of The Clancy Company, which is involved with the planning, development, and operation of affordable and mixed income housing. Pat previously served as the President and CEO of The Community Builders, the nation’s largest nonprofit urban residential developer and operator. In over forty years there, he led its creation of over 25,000 housing units with a value of over $2 billion with a regional presence in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic states. Pat has served as a member of the National Association of Home Builders’ Multifamily Housing Roundtable, member and chairman of the MassHousing Multifamily Advisory Committee, on the Advisory Committee for the Center for Real Estate at MIT, and as a director of MetroHousingBoston and the Philadelphia Development Partnership. He previously served as a Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston and was the Chair or Vice Chair of its Housing and Community Development Committee.

E’nkul, originally from the DRC, has a Master in Education with specialization in English as a Foreign Language and a Master in Business Administration with specialization in Electronic Business. He has worked for the United States State Department abroad, a past school educator with the Portland Public Schools, the District Community Relations Officer for KeyBank, N.A and a part-time faculty for the University of New England. He presently works at Granite Bay Care as HR Labor/Employee Relations Director and is a grassroots organizer in Maine. He is a former Chair of the Board and currently serves as a Board Member and as a Member of the Program Committee.

Martha is Of Counsel at Preti Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, LLP, practicing primarily in Trust & Estates and income tax planning matters, and related areas. She has previously worked with asylum seekers from the Middle East/North Africa region, with a faith-based organization, and is an active supporter of sustainable organic farming practices.

Tyler Norod is the Real Estate Development Director at Westbrook Development Corporation, where he oversees the strategic growth of the organization, including managing a pipeline of affordable housing projects worth $150 million. He formerly served as a Development Officer with Avesta Housing where he managed the pre-development of housing projects including land acquisition, financing, design, and construction of housing projects in Maine and New Hampshire. He has received several awards including the national Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award and MEREDA Notable Project Award for redeveloping Southgate in Scarborough and the GrowSmart Maine award for Exemplary SmartGrowth Development for West End Apartments in South Portland.

Gimbala Sankare is the Director of Human Resources at Preti Flaherty law firm in Portland and former Vice President of Talent Acquisition at the National Basketball Association in New York City. He previously served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at WEX Inc. in Portland. Prior to his corporate career, he served as a Consular Officer and Public Affairs Specialist for the U.S. Department of State and served in the U.S. Army. He is passionate about building world-class human capital functions to drive business results and foster inclusive environments that empower people.

Rebecca (Becky) Winslow is the SVP Director of Community Relations for Gorham Savings Bank, where she has served for over 35 years. Becky began her relationship with ProsperityME in 2019 as a founding member of the Maine Immigrant Prosperity Network which she has chaired since 2020. A "Mainer" by birth, she currently resides in Limington where she and her husband raised their two boys. Now they fill their time with their two young grandsons and a new puppy named Henry. Becky enjoys spending free time outdoors gardening or skiing.

Sherrin Vail brings over twenty six years of experience in housing development, asset and property management. She is the Vice President of Asset Management and Portfolio Initiatives at Evernorth, where her portfolio includes 260 properties for 10,000 households. She formerly served as the Director of Property Management at Avesta Housing and the Branch Executive Director at the Portland YMCA. Sherrin is currently serving as the Chair of the Legislative, Conference and Policy Workgroups for the Maine Real Estate Managers’ Association and is on the board of the Maine Affordable Housing Coalition.
