Helen is Founding Partner and CFO of Great Diamond Partners and is responsible for client relationships and practice management. Previously, she held similar positions at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Helen is Chair of the ProsperityME Board and the Executive Committee.
Tara Jenkins: Member since 2019
Tara is the Former VP of Talent Strategy at IDEXX and the founder of Conscious Revolution LLC, an organization that partners with leaders to create conscious businesses. She has degrees from Cornell University and St. Joseph’s University. Tara is Vice Chair of the ProsperityME Board and is a Member of the Marketing and Development committee.
Eileen Fongemie: Member since 2018
Eileen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP) and serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company (MEMIC). She serves as Board Treasurer and is a Member of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee.
Colette Twigg-Rowse: Member since 2015
Collette is Vice President of Commercial Lending at Bath Savings Institution. Prior to Bath Savings Institution, Colette was SVP of Credit Administration at Northeast Bank and CFO of a successful software company. She is Secretary of the Board, a member of the Executive Committee and a Member of the Finance Committee.
Eric Boucher: Member since 2011
Eric is a CPA and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for Avesta Housing in Portland. Prior career highlights include senior management positions at TD Bank, N.A., Liberty Lane Partners, Camden National Corp. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Eric serves as a Member of the Board and as a Member of the Finance Committee.
Bill Brown: Member since 2009
Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and principal at BerryDunn’s Government Consulting Group where he leads the Government Assurance Practice Area. He is a former Chair of the Board and current Member of the Executive Committee.
Elizabeth A. Eames: Member since 2012
Elizabeth earned her Ph.D. from Harvard and is an Associate Professor of Social Anthropology at Bates College where she and her students conduct research on Lewiston’s African refugee and immigrant population. Elizabeth serves as a member of the Executive Committee, Acting Chair of the Program Committee and as a Board member.
Christen Graham: Member since 2017
Christen is the founder of Giving Strong, a social impact consulting firm that guides clients committed to supporting community, philanthropic and sustainability initiatives. Christen is Chair of the Marketing and Development Committee, a Member of the Executive Committee, and a Board Member.
Gregory Hansel: Member since 2011
Greg is a Partner at Preti Flaherty where he is a nationally recognized trial lawyer specializing in complex business litigation. He received his B.A. in Government Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia. He serves as a Board Member and as a Member of the Program Committee.
Quincy Hentzel: Member Since 2011
Quincy is the CEO of the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Quincy was Director of Business Relations for Industrium in Portland and also served as Director of Governmental Affairs for the Maine Credit Union League. She serves as a Board Member.
Tim Honey: Member since 2020
Tim is a former Portland City Manager and has over 35 years of professional experience in the public sector. Tim holds a BA in American Diplomatic History from Cornell University, and an MA from Georgetown University in Political Science. He is an elected Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration. Tim is a Member of the Marketing and Development Committee.
E’nkul Kanakan: Member since 2009
E’nkul has a Masters in Education and a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Electronic Business. He presently works at Granite Bay Care and is a grassroots organizer in Maine. He serves as a Board Member and as a Member of the Governance Committee.
Cheryl Lancaster: Member since 2019
Cheryl is the Executive Vice President of the Maine Credit Union League, a trade association serving Maine’s Credit Unions. Her responsibilities include the community outreach and financial literacy efforts of the League. Prior to joining the League, Cheryl earned her BS in Business Management and held a position as VP of Branch Operations in a Maine Credit Union.
Megan Piper: Member since 2020
Megan is Founder & Principal Consultant at Piper Consulting, where she helps business and nonprofit leadership teams reinvigorate their organization, articulate their vision, build healthy structure, and drive effective results. Previously, Megan was COO/CFO at Planson International Corporation. She earned her BA in French at the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University. Megan serves as a Board Member, Chair of the Program Committee and a Member of the Executive Committee.
